Extrem feinkörnige Perlage. Kristallklar und sauber in der Nase. Gelber Apfel, Weinbergpfirsich, Glyzinie und Akazienblüten.Am Gaumen saftig, fleischig und mit viel Schmelz. Sehr angenehmes und langanhaltendes Mousse. Ein ausgesprochen eleganter Valdobbiadene.
